Million detail is a father and son family business that cares about each of their customers on a personal basis. In a time where customer service is nearly a lost art, we are dedicated to making sure each client feels like their hard earned money is well spent with us!
First and foremost – WE ARE CAR GUYS! When you walk into our shop you see everything from classic Cadillacs to JDM stance cars to lifted trucks! We can appreciate everyone’s passion for whatever you drive.
OUR FACILITY
Million detail is centrally located in the Sugar House District of Salt Lake City. When we originally found this location, the building was in great need of some attention. In other words – very rough! However, we saw it as a blank canvas upon which to express our creativity and love of everything with four wheels. My son and I landed our first customers and 6 months later we have transformed the shop into a place not only spotless but that also looks amazing.
Our climate-controlled space is safe with high security and is outfitted with the best equipment to ensure your ride is properly cared for and protected. It is a space that helps you feel comfortable and welcomed but also lets you know we are serious about quality. When you’re having your car ceramic coated in our facility there is no substitute for a dust-free climate-controlled space. Others may cut corners but we insist on staying consistent doing things the proper way to ensure happy customers for years to come.

ABOUT SAM
Sam Million has been involved with cleaning and building cars ever since he was old enough to drive. His fondest automotive memory goes back to when he bought his 1963 chevy Impala 4 door when he was just 16 years-old, for 40 dollars nonetheless. Immediately he took a Sawzall and cut the roof off, welded the back doors shut, and hit the streets with a full-time 2 door convertible.
Sam was previously owner of a construction business for 30 years and when he had the chance to retire and work side-by-side with his son in the detailing business, he never looked back. He is very passionate about cars and has a high attention to detail for the cars coming into our shop. He loves talking to customers and getting to relate to them on a personal level in hopes that they feel supremely comfortable at our facility. He strives to make your experience at Million Detail enjoyable, all the while ensuring your car looks better than it did before.
ABOUT SHAUN
Shaun Million has been passionate about cars ever since he was a young child. Early on he displayed a knack for the mechanical, building a wide variety of machines – lawnmowers, scooters, go karts, dirt bikes – until finally he was able to purchase his first car. His natural inclination to be a self-starter and his passion for cars is on his mind 24/7. He has managed 3 local detailing businesses and has the highest certifications in installing ceramic coatings as well as paint corrections!
His passion has inspired me to put this business together so he can use his talents and enjoy what he loves to do! Shaun is very involved in the car community in Utah and you will always find him at car meets, drift events, track days, or any other automotive events going on. He is always supporting others’ car addictions and passions. He is the type of person to help others out with their cars to help them achieve their goals! It is his lifestyle to be around cars and he considers every single one of his car enthusiast friends Family.
